Ellie earned her Masters's degree in the Arts of Counseling Psychology from Goldey Beacom College in 2023 and is currently working on obtaining her license as a Professional Counselor of Mental Health. She is a devoted mental health therapist and has a little over a decade of experience working with a variety of populations.  She has worked in multiple settings, including inpatient, outpatient, higher level of care community therapy, and forensic and corrections counseling. She has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children who are managing complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger, addictions, post-traumatic stress, and substance use.  Ellie utilizes trauma-informed and person-centered approaches, including but not limited to Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Art and Music therapy, Dialectical approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness with a variety of interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
