Lyz graduated from Wilmington University with a Master's Degree in Community Counseling. She is a Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health.  She has a wide range of experience with adolescents, adults, and couples in a variety of settings including school, community, and outpatient therapy.   She uses a wide range of techniques to help clients decrease stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Lyz's approach to clients is direct, supportive, and nurturing.
