Ashley (she/her) received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies with a Concentration in Domestic Violence Prevention & Services from the University of Delaware. She graduated with her Master's degree in Social Work from Widener University. Ashley is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with the state of Delaware. 

 

Ashley has worked in the mental health field for over 3 years. She has experience with adolescents and adults, in both a high school setting and an outpatient mental health setting. Her practice areas include working with patients on depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic and sexual violence, and LGBTQ+-specific concerns.  Ashley is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ population and supporting access to gender-affirming care. 

 

Ashley incorporates a range of therapies including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic approaches.
