Jade received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2017, and graduated in 2021 with her Master of Social Work degree, both from Delaware State University.  She is a devoted social worker with over seven years of experience who is committed to helping underprivileged children and adults, especially populations with special needs, the homeless, and emancipated children.  She has the proven ability to overcome the constraints of scarce resources to develop comprehensive, high-quality initiatives that enhance lives. 

Jade is skilled at forming strategic alliances and community support to improve underserved populations.  Jade is an individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills and incorporates a variety of modalities when performing therapeutic services.  Those modalities include Art and Music therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Positive Behavior Support (PBS).  Jade is currently working towards becoming a licensed social worker in order to continue to help children learn to live fuller lives and create meaningful changes in their lives.  Jade also enjoys learning new hiking trails, DIY projects, cooking, and watching tv shows!
