Eric is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware. He received his Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. Eric has a background in case management, recovery management, therapeutic support staff, and individual/couple/family therapy. He has conducted evaluations, assessments, and crisis counseling, and does whatever is necessary to best support his clients.

Eric’s therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, and person-centered therapies. Each modality works in tandem to assist clients’ understanding of how their thoughts can impact their moods and behaviors. With a focus on skill-building to increase comfort, trust, and rapport while processing deeper concepts of thought patterns. Eric believes it is necessary to work collaboratively and holistically to build long-term skills and increase success.
