Approach & What to Expect

She prioritizes building genuine rapport and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can communicate openly. She meets clients where they are, recognizing that they do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Through these approaches, she helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and take realistic steps toward their goals.

Clients can expect warm, honest communication, meaningful self-exploration, and practical skill building. Samantha views therapy as an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness and sustainable tools for navigating life’s challenges. She considers it a privilege to support clients as they work toward improved well-being and meaningful change.
