Peyton Ahtes, LACMH

Biography

Peyton is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbia International University. She brings experience working with children, adolescents, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds and life stages.

Peyton specializes in supporting clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Her approach is holistic, personalized, and integrative, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. She draws from a blend of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to create a treatment plan tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Above all, Peyton is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. She believes in walking alongside her clients as they explore their challenges and move toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
