Biography

Mickey earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University and two bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Salisbury University. He has experience providing individual and crisis counseling within college counseling settings..
 

Mickey specializes in treating Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and guiding clients through identity exploration and personal development. His therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered, emphasizing the importance of recognizing, building upon, and embracing each individual's unique strengths and personality.
 

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices, Mickey helps clients develop insight, navigate distress, and create meaningful, values-driven change. He is committed to fostering a warm, collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.
