Biography
Lyz earned her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington University and is a Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. In 2015, she founded Diamond State Counseling, creating a practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care.
Lyz specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, maternal mental health, and infertility challenges. She utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on reducing stress and improving emotional well-being.
Known for her direct, supportive, and nurturing approach, Lyz creates a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their struggles, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
