Clinical Focus
Julien provides comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other concerns that may interfere with relationships, school, work, or daily functioning. She supports patients who are beginning psychiatric treatment, seeking clarity about their symptoms or diagnosis, or looking for a more effective treatment plan. Her goal is to help each patient better understand what they are experiencing and feel confident in the next steps of their care.

Julien draws upon more than 15 years of nursing experience when caring for individuals with mental health concerns. Her work across outpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, long-term care, school-based health, and community settings has given her an understanding of the different levels of support patients may need throughout their care. She brings advanced clinical training, thoughtful assessment, and years of direct patient-care experience to each appointment while helping patients understand their symptoms, treatment options, and medications. She is fully licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
