Clinical Focus

Julia works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, grief, and challenges related to intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), she provides individualized support to help clients strengthen communication, emotional regulation, social skills, daily living skills, and overall confidence while celebrating each person's unique strengths.

Approach to Therapy

Julia believes therapy should be individualized, supportive, and strength-based. She utilizes evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, helping individuals build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Her goal is to create an environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout their journey.

Julia works collaboratively with clients and families to build practical skills, foster emotional growth, and create meaningful progress while honoring each individual's unique experiences and goals.
