Jordan is passionate about mental health care and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health treatment. Since 2019, she has been actively involved in the mental health field, gaining valuable experience as a project leader, manager, and biller in outpatient mental health services.

Jordan brings a unique perspective to the industry with a degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University and certifications in Crime Scene Investigation (CCSI) and HIPAA compliance. Her leadership experience allows her to navigate the complexities of mental health support while championing compassionate, patient-centered care. Her experience with insurance and billing helps her remove barriers for patients and solving complex claim issues.

Jordan is dedicated to supporting marginalized communities, believing that respect and inclusion are key to reaching people from all walks of life. Guided by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, she works hard to connect individuals with resources they need .

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys cooking, hiking, and roller skating, finding balance and joy in the great outdoors. Her adventurous spirit and creative energy inspire her approach to both life and work
