Biography

Jen began her journey at Diamond State Counseling in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant, working her way through school while gaining firsthand experience in the mental health field. She holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Network Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and Advertising, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and creative strategy to her role.
 

With eight years of experience in the medical field, Jen has developed a strong foundation in healthcare operations, patient care coordination, and administrative management, further enhancing her ability to lead effectively in a mental health setting.
 

As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees billing, marketing, daily operations, and administrative staff supervision, ensuring efficiency and growth within the organization. Beyond the mental health field, she has an extensive background in restaurant, bar, hotel, and wedding venue management, honing her leadership and operational skills across multiple industries.
 

In addition to her work at DSC, she is also a professional photographer and business owner, blending her passion for creativity with her expertise in business management.

With a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence, Jen plays a vital role in shaping the success and vision of Diamond State Counseling.
