Jen began her journey at Diamond State Counseling in 2018, rising from Administrative Assistant to COO. She uses her 13 years of experience in medical administration to oversee day-to-day operations and support administrative staff.

With a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Advertising and an Associate's degree in Computer Network Engineering, Jen combines her technical expertise with creative strategy to lead successful marketing initiatives.
