Ilyssa Boseski, MSW
As a trauma certified Clinical Social Worker, Educator, and Sex Therapist, I provide individual therapy, couples counseling, and sex therapy for adults; specializing in Sexual Dysfunction,LGBTQIA/Kink/Poly, Trauma, Anger Management, First Responders and Military & Veteran populations. I have also worked with various clients who are therapists themselves looking for support. By focusing on client-centered care, I provide a space where personal truths can be expressed without fear of bias or judgement. This is why I take the time to recognize and honor where client’s currently find themselves in life. Whether you are seeking individual, couples, or sex therapy, I employ a variety of methods tailored to fit your individual needs and circumstance. I openly acknowledge that “YOU are the expert on YOU.”
My experience treating these specialized populations has equipped me with the compassion and respect all clients deserve; as well as the ability to acknowledge the significance of diversity, different relationship styles, and the variety of life experiences.
Upon graduating from Widener University's dual Master's Degree program (MSW, M. Ed), I was granted the "Community Service Leadership in Clinical Sexology" award for my innovative intern work and service contributions to the Coatesville Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Coatesville PA.. I have also been acknowledged by my Alma Mater, SUNY Oneonta, for "Outstanding Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion" for diverse population therapy services, local and National conference workshops (CSE, AASECT, CISC) and other community contributions to the fields of Social Work and Human Sexuality.
