Biography

Emily earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She has experience working with individuals, families, and groups across various ages and backgrounds, specializing in addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

 

Emily has provided crisis counseling, addiction treatment, and therapeutic support in a variety of settings. She takes an individualized and holistic approach to care, integrating Person-Centered, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Existential, and Mindfulness-based therapies to best meet each client’s unique needs.

Emily is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and work toward healing. Come as you are!
