Ashley Peloso, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Clinical Focus

Ashley works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She has specialized experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, providing gender-affirming care, and working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Ashley is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences without fear of judgment while building resilience, confidence, and lasting emotional well-being.

Approach & What to Expect

Ashley takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach and works to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered.

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they are encouraged to be themselves. Ashley believes therapy is a partnership and works alongside clients to build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
